Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out if they deem weather unsuitable for an outdoor event. The customer has up to 48 hours prior to their event to decide if they want to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event.

If Tulsa Picnics & Events is not notified of cancellation, rescheduling, or change in venue a minimum of 48 hours hours prior to event date, no refunds will be provided.

All rental items supplied are property of Tulsa Picnics & Events unless otherwise stated. If any items are lost or damaged during the rental period, the customer must pay to Tulsa Picnics & Events the current replacement cost.

Interpretation

  • "Tulsa Picnics & Events" means the business responsible for the booking package and rental of items.

  • "Customer" means the person or business who will be renting items and to whom completes payment.

  • "Rental Items" means furniture and associated accessories in packages rented by the Customer from Tulsa Picnics & Events.
